Isn't this a way to hide bad reviews?

No — everyone gets the same invite, and the public review link is always visible. Nobody is filtered or redirected based on how they feel. What we add is a private line to you, so a concern can reach you directly too — the choice is always the customer's, never the system's.

Does Google ban these systems?

Yes — because we do it the way Google asks. Google prohibits incentives and review gating (inviting only happy customers, or steering unhappy ones away from the public path). Our invite is identical for everyone and the public link always goes out. That's exactly the compliant way to ask.

I already have 500 reviews — still worth it?

Yes. It's about cadence, not starting from zero. Old reviews lose weight in Google's algorithm; recency counts. And a steady flow of fresh reviews is the best cushion against the occasional unfair one.
